Duplium Corporation made the decision to change the direction the company and focus less on manufacturing and position themselves as a global fulfillment and supply chain solutions provider. Doing so, in a market where manufacturing provides a high margin, needed to be weighed carefully so as to not alienate their existing customer base. Duplium needed to communicate to the world that they truly have global reach but without losing focus on what has made them successful. The website also needed to be infinitely easier for existing manufacturing customers to both, place an order or download order related resources. With this in mind, we worked with the marketing team and developed a communication strategy that gave their audience the impression that Duplium wasn't abandoning their post, but rather they were augmenting their service offering and becoming a better company through better customer service. The results of the redesign have proved successful with old clients coming back into the fold by virtue of the usability and navigability of the site.
